After a decade as an entrepreneur, Catarina Lima found her true path in Yoga. Practicing since 2012, she deepened her journey in 2016 and became a teacher in 2021, founding Namho, House of Yoga. There, she shares Yoga as a tool for self-discovery and love.
Manuel Rodrigues (Manu) iniciou-se no Yoga em 1994 e leciona internacionalmente desde 2004. Em 2016, fundou a Manu School of Yoga e criou o método Precision & Flow, que une precisão técnica com prática criativa. Forma professores, orienta workshops e inspira alunos a explorar o Yoga com profundidade, rigor e expressão.
Francisco Fezas Vital (Chico) é arquiteto de formação e praticante de Yoga desde 2011. Concluiu a sua formação de professores na Manu School of Yoga em 2016, tornando-se professor certificado no método Precision & Flow. Acredita no Yoga como ferramenta de equilíbrio, autenticidade e alegria, dedicando-se à prática e ao ensino com paixão.
Yeni começou a sua jornada no Yoga em 2007, estudou Hatha Yoga Tradicional durante cinco anos e viajou pelo mundo explorando diferentes escolas e sistemas. É também terapeuta de medicina chinesa e acupuntora, integrando esta visão na prática de Yoga. As suas aulas são inclusivas, profundas, cheias de paixão e orientadas para a cura e o autoconhecimento.

I am thrilled to welcome you at Namho House of yoga’s website!
After 10 years of managing my business in the textile industry, I decided to shift gears in pursuit of true happiness. Although I had been practicing yoga since 2012, it was in 2016 that I underwent a significant spiritual and emotional transformation, and that’s when I truly fell in love with the practice. Yoga became a means of self-discovery and guidance in my life.
In 2021, I completed my first 200-hour teacher training. It was then that I realised I wanted to give back and share with others what had been the most incredible and profound journey of self-knowledge for me. I began teaching and simultaneously started my project — Namho, House of Yoga — a boutique studio that embodies this long journey. It’s a place ready to welcome anyone like me who wants to follow this path of truth and love.
I continued my studies, as I believe there is always room to learn on this journey of consciousness and spiritual growth, so I acknowledge that my studies will always go hand in hand with my practice and teaching.

Finding Healing and Calm at Namho
For me, walking into Namho feels like entering a temple — I feel such peace and calm that I almost become centered just by being there. Practicing with Catarina’s contagious energy has helped me immensely, both physically and mentally. After finishing my radiotherapy treatments, just three or four sessions were enough for the joint pain to completely disappear. Catarina always offers different posture options and brings such a good vibe!
