Namho House of Yoga
In this document, you will find the general terms and conditions of the studio. To begin practicing with us, you must agree to all the points mentioned below.
It is the sole responsibility of each member to ensure, prior to registration, that they are physically fit to practice yoga.
It is the sole responsibility of each student to ensure that they have no physical or psychological contraindications to practicing the activity they wish to undertake, assuming full responsibility for any failure to comply with this duty.
The student fully exempts Namho House of Yoga and any third parties, as stated above, from any civil, criminal, or other liability for any injury that may occur as a result of practicing yoga.
Students are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat to each practice. Mats available at the studio are intended only for occasional forgetfulness or for non-members attending a trial class.
All classes, including first-time “trial” classes, must be paid for. However, if the student enjoys the class and decides to purchase a membership, the trial class fee will be refunded after the first membership direct debit has been activated.
All purchases at Namho House of Yoga are final. The studio does not issue refunds for services or products under any circumstances, including injury, illness, change of residence, or any other reason.
Students may cancel their participation up to 24 hours before class in the case of: a) a single class purchased with a teacher; or b) a class package.

The studio does not charge any registration fee. However, all studio memberships are automatically renewed on a monthly basis from September to July via direct debit (credit card or IBAN through the application).
If a student wishes to cancel or suspend their membership for any reason during the year (outside the month of August), they must send an email to namhohouseofyoga@gmail.com
The student is responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in their bank account to cover monthly payments. If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail. In the case of a rejected or declined payment, our policy is as follows:
a) The original card will be reprocessed;
b) If the payment continues to be declined, the student will be suspended from booking classes.
Namho House of Yoga is not responsible for any additional bank fees that may be charged by your bank.
These charges are subject to the terms and conditions of the contractual agreements between you and your bank.
