With over three years of dedicated teaching experience at Namho, Maryna brings a grounded, compassionate approach to Hatha Yoga. Her classes are a blend of mindful movement, conscious breathing, and deep body awareness — creating a space for students to reconnect with themselves on both physical and emotional levels.
Originally from Ukraine, Maryna teaches primarily in Ukrainian, creating a welcoming and supportive space for the local Ukrainian community. However, when non-Ukrainian students join her classes, she seamlessly switches to English, ensuring that everyone feels included and at ease.
Maryna’s teaching style is rooted in the classical principles of Hatha Yoga. She gently guides students through a balanced practice of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and moments of stillness to help cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Maryna’s classes offer a supportive environment to deepen your practice at your own pace.
