Our team at Namho brings together diverse experiences and deep expertise in Yoga. Manuel Rodrigues (Manu), founder of the Manu School of Yoga, has been teaching internationally since 2004 and developed the Precision & Flow method, blending technical precision with creative practice. Maryna Kotliar, from Ukraine, has been teaching Hatha Yoga at Namho for over three years, offering classes in Ukrainian and English that combine mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness. Francisco Fezas Vital (Chico), a certified Precision & Flow instructor, brings his passion and belief in Yoga as a path to balance, authenticity, and joy. Yeni, a practitioner since 2007 and a Chinese medicine therapist and acupuncturist, integrates a holistic perspective into her inclusive and transformative classes. Together, they create a welcoming space for all practitioners to explore Yoga with depth, discipline, and self-discovery.
After 10 years running her own business, Catarina Lima changed direction in search of true happiness. She has been practicing Yoga since 2012, but it was in 2016 that she began a profound spiritual and emotional transformation. In 2021, she graduated as a teacher from the Manu School of Yoga and founded Namho, House of Yoga, a studio that reflects her journey.
At Namho, Catarina shares Yoga as a tool for self-discovery, truth, and love, welcoming all who wish to follow this path. Committed to continuous learning, she completed another 200-hour training in 2022 and became certified in the Precision & Flow method. Catarina believes that study and teaching walk hand in hand in her mission to inspire and guide others.
After ten years managing her own business, Catarina Lima decided to change direction in search of true happiness.Although she had been practicing yoga since 2012, it was in 2016 that she began a profound spiritual and emotional transformation — the turning point where she truly fell in love with the practice. From that moment on, yoga became a path of self-discovery and a guide for life.
In 2021, Catarina completed her first 200-hour teacher training with Manu School of Yoga and realized she wanted to give back and share with others what had been, for her, the most incredible and transformative journey of self-knowledge. She started teaching and, at the same time, developing her project — Namho, House of Yoga — a studio that embodies her entire journey and is ready to welcome anyone who, like her, wishes to follow a path of truth and love.
She continued her studies within the same school, completing a second 200-hour training in 2022, the Precision & Flow certification process in 2023, and an intensive 100-hour meditation techniques training in 2024.
Catarina believes that the path of consciousness and spiritual growth is infinite, and therefore says that study will always walk side by side with practice and teaching.
Today, she teaches her own method — Power Flow & Awareness — based on the exploration of strategic themes within classes, dynamic sequencing, and breathing techniques. Each session blends alignment and structure with creative energy and movement, resulting in a balanced and engaging practice that empowers students and deepens their awareness of yoga’s fundamental teachings.
With over three years of dedicated teaching experience at Namho, Maryna brings a grounded, compassionate approach to Hatha Yoga. Her classes are a blend of mindful movement, conscious breathing, and deep body awareness — creating a space for students to reconnect with themselves on both physical and emotional levels.
Originally from Ukraine, Maryna teaches primarily in Ukrainian, creating a welcoming and supportive space for the local Ukrainian community. However, when non-Ukrainian students join her classes, she seamlessly switches to English, ensuring that everyone feels included and at ease.
Maryna’s teaching style is rooted in the classical principles of Hatha Yoga. She gently guides students through a balanced practice of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and moments of stillness to help cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner calm.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Maryna’s classes offer a supportive environment to deepen your practice at your own pace. Her calm presence and clear guidance make the classes accessible, grounding, and deeply restorative.

With a background of almost 20 years as a physiotherapist, a former gymnast and a dancer, Claudia fell in love with the yoga philosophy along the way. She has been deepening her practice throughout the years and also specialising in brain rewiring and high performance, merging the knowledge all these fields provide.
More than teaching a class, she believes that at a certain place and time she has the opportunity to share with other people what she has been studying and experiencing, and that it’s those same exact people who will also add on top of it, creating together a full circle.
You can count on some structured and yet gracious classes, primarily focused on the breath, inspired by Science, Art and surrounding Nature where she feels at home and spends most of her time.
My journey with yoga began in 2010 in Rio de Janeiro, my birthplace. Since then, I have explored different styles and, after moving to Portugal, dedicated the past 10 years to Precision & Flow.
With a passion for detail and alignment, I also studied lyengar Yoga, where I deepened my understanding of the therapeutic side of yoga, making it accessible to everyone.
Beyond asana, I work with symbolism, weaving stories and archetypes into class as a way to inspire reflection and inner connection.
In my 75-minute classes, you’ll experience a progressive, alignment-based practice, where each posture can be adapted to your needs, enriched by themes that bring yoga philosophy to life.

With a deep love for detail and alignment in asana, I also studied Iyengar Yoga for more than a year, where I discovered valuable insights into the therapeutic potential of yoga—making the practice truly accessible to everyone.
Beyond the physical aspect, I specialize in symbolism, weaving myths, archetypes, and meaningful themes into my classes. This approach invites students to dive deeper into the mind and soul, connecting philosophy with lived experience.
My classes are 75 minutes long and offer a progressive alignment-based practice. Each posture can be adapted to meet the needs of the practitioner in the moment, allowing everyone to find their own path within the practice. Alongside the physical work, evolving stories and symbolic narratives help contextualize the teachings of yoga philosophy, inspiring transformation both on and off the mat.
Nicolette’s yoga journey began in her hometown of Orange County, California, where she completed her first teacher training at just 18 years old. Her practice has been an anchor throughout the different stages of her life, including her move to Portugal in 2016 and her current journey into motherhood.
Having completed nearly 600 hours of training in various yoga styles — including Power, Hatha Vinyasa, Yin, and, most recently, Prenatal — her teaching draws inspiration from different perspectives, but is always rooted in awareness of breath and reverence for this ancient wisdom tradition.
Nicolette is thrilled to now offer prenatal yoga classes and share how the practice can be adapted to serve women through the unique experience of pregnancy.
