Finding Stillness in the Flow of Everyday Life
Yeni started her journey in Yoga back in 2007. Studied 5 years Traditional Hatha Yoga and traveled the world demonstrating and practicing in different schools and systems of yoga. She is also formed as a Chinese medicine therapist and acupuncturist which has also influenced her on her Yoga teachings and practice. Transmitting practices of awareness and healing has been with her for the past decade. She teaches the traditional methods of Yoga but gives it a small twist by introducing an scientific and modern approach. Her classes are filled with passion, knowledge, and are all inclusive. They are meant for everyone that wants to learn Yoga deeply and purely.

Precision & Flow – O métodos Precision & Flow combina uma sequência inteligente de posturas, com base numa estrutura clara e concisa, com uma expressão criativa e dinamica em cada prática. Através de posturas (asanas) mas também práticas de meditação e respiração, os principais ensinamentos do yoga integrados com temas cuidadosamente escolhidos, tornando cada aula uma experiência significativa, da qual cada aluno leva algo valioso consigo para casa.

Flow & Alignment – Com base numa estrutura sólida, as aulas de Flow e Alinhamento exploram a dinâmica entre a estrutura e a fluidez integrando semanalmente diferentes temas, posturas (ásanas), práticas de respiração (pranayamas), concentração (dharana), meditação, história e filosofia do Yoga, sempre inspiradas na Natureza e na vida cotidiana.
